Rapid Air HVAC stepped in to take over a partially completed HVAC upgrade project after our previous contractor failed to finish the job. They quickly assessed the existing work, developed a plan to complete the installation properly, and expanded the system to accommodate our home's expansion and renovations.

From start to finish, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They took the time to understand our home's needs and ensured that the upgraded system would properly support both the existing house and the new living spaces.

The crew was incredibly friendly, worked quickly, and made the entire process as smooth as possible. Their attention to detail and commitment to getting the job done right gave us confidence that our HVAC system was finally in capable hands.

After dealing with the challenges of an unfinished renovation, it was refreshing to work with a company that showed up, followed through, and delivered quality results.

We highly recommend Rapid Air HVAC to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and efficient HVAC contractor!

The employees are very knowledgeable and professional. They did a great job with our hvac issues and the price was also very reasonable. We will be using Rapid Air for all of our needs moving forward. They also installed our hot water heater for us.

We hired Rapid Air to install a new heat pump system after our current one failed. We solicited four quotes, and they were the most competitive for the system we wanted. While price is important, we chose them over the company we initially thought we would go with because of a referral from a builder we know that has worked with them on many projects over the past few years. If he trusts them, I figured we have no reason not to.

As for the process itself, the sales visit was quick and painless, and the communication from start to finish was excellent. They showed up on time the day of the install, finished in five hours, and left the house as clean as they found it. They also took the time to walk us through the steps to set up the thermostat and explained the best way to use it efficiently. It’s only been a few days but everything is running smooth.

One last note: The owner followed up with me that evening to make sure everything was satisfactory, which was a nice touch and reminded me why I prefer to deal with smaller companies. I explained I am more interested in the long-term servicing of the system than the initial install, and he assured me that is also a priority for them. Time will tell but we’re off to a great start. I would definitely recommend Rapid Air for anyone looking for a new system.

We finally said goodbye to our noisy window air conditioners! Rapid Air HVAC installed a four-head Tosot multi-zone mini-split system in our Phoenixville home, and the difference has been incredible. Each room now has its own temperature control, the system runs quietly, and our entire home stays consistently comfortable. The Rapid Air team was professional, knowledgeable and respectful throughout the installation. If you’re looking for ductless mini-split installation in Phoenixville, we highly recommend Rapid Air HVAC!

The team replaced our old air conditioning system. They arrived on time and worked hard all day. They wore shoe covers inside and cleaned up everything. The new system is great! They were great to work with and were able to install the new system quickly.

My in laws have had problems with their hvac system- granted it is very old. They were told it needed to be replaced but they did not trust the companies that were servicing it. I told them to call Rapid Air and they came out the next day. All they needed was a little coolant and to switch their filters. Such a relief! They called me to rave about the technician, who was very thorough. I definitely recommend
